TC Parents - We will have a Parent/Baby Dedication service on December 14th. Please use the form below to sign up. 

Please use this form to provide yours and your baby's names as you want them shown on the screen during our baby dedication.

If you want your families picture shown on the screen during the dedication, email 2-3 pictures of your baby/family to Colby @ colbywheeler1995@gmail.com with the subject line "December 25 Baby Dedication" Please send these by 11/30


*Also, there will be a parent lunch the week before the dedication to go over our church's Family Ministry Plan and to prepare you for the dedication ceremony. More details and RSVP for that will come later - but Save the Date for December 14th after church for the lunch.
